Rental Valuations:
Once a rental valuation has been requested, we will meet you at the relevant property or properties in order to give you a rental valuation and advise you upon an advertising package that best meets your requirements.

This government legislation, 'The Tenancy Deposit Scheme' (TDS) requires that the tenant's deposit must be protected and held in a Government backed scheme. Since the introduction of the TDS, Inventories have increasingly important, in order to ensure the terms of the tenancy agreement have been adhered to by the tenant upon termination of the tenancy agreement prior to the return of the bond/deposit. We will advertise your property prominently to find you a suitable tenant, on portals such as rightmove.co.uk and propertyfinder.com. Also included in our packages is advertising in the local press and boards outside of the property if you so wish.Once we have found you a prospective tenant we will conduct a reference check on the tenant on your behalf.
Before any prospective tenant moves into one of our landlord properties, it is the policy of gpllettings.co.uk to require the prospective tenant to submit an application and to agree to background referencing checks. At gpllettings.co.uk we will then ensure that background referencing is carried out using a national referencing company. A report on the prospective tenant will be produced and gpllettings.co.uk will report back to you with a recommendation as to the suitability of the prospective tenant. If you would like to then go ahead we will then draw up the relevant Tenancy Agreements on your behalf.
