Currently the rental market is very buoyant and rental enquires from tenants seeking to rent are at an all time high. However, rental stock levels are at an all time low. There for we require good clean properties for good clean waiting tenants.  

Our aim is to offer our clients, future, current and past a service that is also trustworthy, friendly, efficient and cost effective so they will continue to use us in the future for any rental requirements.  

Our History: 

Originally established as GPL Lettings and Property Management in September 2008 by Grant Phillip Lowes, we were based out of 7 Grange Crescent, Ashbrooke, Sunderland. As the company rapidly grew, we moved to a refurbished office at 44 Frederick Street, Sunderland in January 2010.  

We would like to thank all our current and past landlords and tenants, for helping us exceed our targets and goals over the last three years, and look forward to working with new landlords and tenants in the future helping to spread the Grant Phillip Lowes brand throughout the North East of England as a reliable, trustworthy and efficient name within the lettings and property management sector.
